Elder Gwendolyn Gantt serves as the Community Outreach Director and Special Events Coordinator at St. Stephen Baptist Church in Temple Hills, Maryland under the Leadership of Bishop Lanier C. Twyman Sr., Senior Pastor. She also serves as the Outreach Director for Project Bright Future Mentoring Inc. Program Over the years, Elder Gantt has served in many ministries at St. Stephen Baptist Church and now provides oversight for several ministries including Prison Ministry, Surrender to Win, Grandma Closet, Mercy House domestic violence programs, Trinity Terrace Apartments, Henson Creek Assisted Living and Chevelle Assisted Living. Elder Gantt is a native of Durham, North Carolina. She has led teams serving in Uganda and Ghana Africa providing a water pipeline for the people.
