a. Participants must be at least 18 years old.

2. Entry Period:
a. The giveaway begins on November 7th, 2025
b. Winners will be announced and notified on November 26th, 2025
3. How to Enter
a. Complete the online giveaway submission form.
b. Follow Unerased BWS on Instagram and/or subscribe to the Unerased YouTube channel for an additional entry.
4. Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The winner will be announced on November 26th and will be notified through direct message.
The winner must respond within 1 day to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond, a new winner will be selected.
5. Prize:
a. The prize consists of 2 concert tickets to the Boy Is Mine Tour on Sunday, November 30th at the Capital One Arena in Washington, DC
b. The tickets will be sent to the winner electronically via email.
c. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
6. General Conditions:
a. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Unerased Black Women Speak, which are final and binding in all respects.
b. Unerased Black Women Speak reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or engages in fraudulent activity.
c. Unerased Black Women Speak is not responsible for any technical issues, human error, or other problems that may affect the entry process or the selection of the winner.
7. Publicity:
a. By entering, participants grant Unerased Black Women Speak the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
8. Privacy:
a. Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.
9. Release:
a. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Unerased Black Women Speak, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or the prize.
