Tracy Chiles McGhee is an award-winning author, biographer, cultural curator, and Project Director of Power Read 25, Unerased | Black Women Speak’s national reading initiative celebrating Black women’s lives through biography. A two-time DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities Fellow and the inaugural HumanitiesDC Literature Fellow, McGhee creates community-centered experiences that illuminate, honor, and preserve Black women’s lives, histories, and legacies.
