Allener M. Baker-Rogers, EdD is a native West Philadelphian who now resides in Virginia. She is former chair and vice president of several non-profit organizations, served on mayoral advisory committees and as a board member and chair of the Philadelphia County Assistance Office (PCAO). A lifelong educator, she holds a doctorate in higher-education leadership, is a former university administrator and assistant professor of educational research. She is also a past recipient of the Jane S. Abrams and Cecil B. Moore Community Service Awards.
