Professor Emerita at the University of Dayton School of Law, Professor Randall taught Health Care Law and Race and Racism in American Law for over 30 years. She writes extensively on and speaks internationally about racism, health and reparations. She is the recipient of the Ohio Commission on Minority Health Chairman’s Award. Professor Randall provided public health nursing services and served as an administrator for a statewide health program in Alaska.
Involved in public health work for more than 15 years, She focused on eliminating disparities in health care for minorities and the poor. Professor Randall served as a grant reviewer for the National Institute of Health. She has been recognized in Who’s Who in the World and Who’s Who in the United States. Professor Randall is the editor and webmaster for Race, Racism and the Law which has been on the internet since 1995. She is the author of “Dying While Black.”
