Tina McKinnor is the founder and president of The McKinnor Group, a political and policy strategy firm. She serves as the Deputy Director of LA Voice Action. During the 2020 election cycle, she led and managed a $4 million campaign building a coalition of community organizations, unions, and system-impacted individuals to elect Holly Mitchell for LA County Supervisor and George Gascon for LA County District Attorney.
Ms. McKinnor has held a number of roles in California politics serving as Operational Director for the California Democratic Party, Chief of Staff to several state assembly members, as well as Campaign Manager and Political Treasurer for the Kaufman Legal Group.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from California State University and a certificate of completion from The Los Angeles African American Women’s Public Policy Institute at the University of Southern California.
